Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you browse, list property, or unlock seller contacts on Nakshe.

1. Service

Nakshe provides a digital property listing and discovery service in Meerut.

Nakshe does not own listed properties.

Nakshe does not act as a broker, lawyer, surveyor, or title verifier.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to make a payment.

You must give accurate account and contact information.

Your phone number identifies your account and cannot change through the website.

You must protect your password and report unauthorized access promptly.

3. Property listings

A seller must have authority to list the property.

A seller must provide accurate property, price, location, and contact details.

Nakshe may hide the exact public location until a buyer unlocks the contact.

Nakshe may remove false, unlawful, duplicate, expired, or misleading listings.

4. Buyer checks

Listing details come from sellers and may change.

You must verify ownership, title, approvals, measurements, price, and seller identity before any property transaction.

You should use qualified legal and property professionals for these checks.

5. Payments

All prices appear in Indian rupees before payment.

The checkout states the service, price, duration, and available offer.

Cashfree processes payments through its hosted checkout.

Nakshe does not store complete bank, card, or UPI credentials.

6. Contact credits

A paid contact pack provides the number of unlocks shown at checkout.

One unlock reveals one seller contact and the related exact map point.

An unlock cannot transfer to another account.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse seller details, scrape data, copy listings, or disrupt the service.

You must not use Nakshe for fraud, spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.

8. Service availability

Nakshe may update, suspend, or stop a feature for maintenance, safety, or legal reasons.

Nakshe does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a successful property transaction.

9. Liability

Nakshe remains responsible where applicable law does not permit an exclusion.

Otherwise, liability for a paid digital service does not exceed the amount paid for that service.

10. Governing law

Indian law governs these terms.

Courts with jurisdiction in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, handle disputes, subject to consumer rights.
