We collect your name, phone number, password account identifier, and account activity.

We collect property details, addresses, landmarks, coordinates, prices, and seller contact details.

We collect payment order numbers, payment status, amount, and related records.

Cashfree processes your bank, card, or UPI credentials.

We may collect device, browser, security, and error data.

We use data to provide accounts, listings, map results, contact unlocks, and payment records.

We use data to prevent abuse, answer complaints, improve the service, and meet legal duties.

Nakshe can show an approximate property point to public users.

Nakshe can show the exact point after a valid contact unlock.

A seller must not list a location without authority.

We share data with Supabase for hosting, accounts, and database services.

We share payment data with Cashfree for payment processing and refunds.

We share unlocked seller details with the buyer who uses a contact credit.

We may share data when law requires it or when we must protect users.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep data while your account or listing remains active.

We keep payment, security, and complaint records for legal and fraud prevention needs.

We delete or anonymize data when its purpose ends, subject to required retention.

You may correct your name and property details through the website.

You may remove a listing through My Properties.

You may request access, correction, erasure, or consent withdrawal through the Contact page.

Some records must remain when law requires retention.

We use access controls and protected server credentials.

No online service can promise complete security.
